Shipping

US Domestic shipping is free to all order, and all of our subscriptions. Any expedited shipping will cost according to the option selected. International shipping is available, and price of shipping will vary depending on each country.
If your order is places before 3pm EST, it will be shipped same day and shipping will take approximately 3-5 business day, domestically. If you order after 3pm EST, your order will be shipped the next business day and will also take 3-5 business days to arrive. If you pick any expedited shipping options, the business days it will take to arrive will reflect on the purchase. International orders can take from 7-21 days unless an expedited shipping form is chosen.
We ship to all of the 50 States in the U.S, as well as Puerto Rico and P.O Boxes. We provide Worldwide International shipping (excluding: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Palestinian Territories, South Sudan, Myanmar, Crimea Ukraine) USPS international shipping not available to: Ghana, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Nigeria

Unfortunately, since this is a personal hygiene product, we cannot accept the product back. We are more than happy to work with you with any problems you have with your Shave with V order. Please email info@shavewithv.com with any concerns.
Since our products are all personal hygiene products we cannot, unfortunately, receive the product back, and cannot provide a refund. We are more than happy to work with you on any issues you might be facing. Please email info@shavewithv.com for any further concerns.
Wow! It's so amazing you have a coupon code! It's very simple to use. After you check out there will be an option to add a gift card or coupon code on the right hand side of the page. Once you are done adding the code, please press APPLY to make it valid.
You will always receive either an email or text with your order confirmation, and shipping confirmation. You can also create a Shave with V account in order to check on your order status.

We accept all major Debit/Credit Cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We accept PayPal, Apple Pay and Samsung Pay. We accept international Debit/Credit Cards.
Don't worry at all! Shoot us an email to info@shavewithv.com and we will be more than happy to edit that email or phone number so you can get all your Shave with V information when you need it, how you need it!
We normally ship orders pretty quick, so you have to catch the error very fast in order to email us to info@shavewithv.com to let us know what happened (Did you pick the wrong color? It happens, don't worry).
We would hate to see this happen, but we understand it does happen. We do, however, have a $10 cancellation fee.
If you made a mistake in your shaving address and didn't notice and the product is being sent back to us, don't worry. We will re-ship it out to you once you verify the correct address, but we do have a $5 re-shipping fee.
Even though we can't control what happens to the packaging during shipping, since our packaging does double as a travel case, we will try to accommodate any broken cylinder. Please email us at info@shavewithv.com with a picture of the broken cylinder and we will try our best to send you a new one.

Shave with V Razors:

First of all, our razors are 100% metal. What does this mean? A weighted handle for a smoother, closer shave, without having to press hard on your skin which removed razor bumps, razor burn, skin irritation and cuts. Our curved handle has the perfect grip in order for the razor not to slip out of your hand without having to add silicone based grips, which just make the razor slimy. Our non-moving head allows YOU to be the one who decides where you want your razor to shave, without the head moving on its own, cutting you. We have 8 beautiful colors that allow you to express yourself even in your shower! We have 3 finishes just in case you're a Shimmer, Metallic or Matte person! We have a 100% metal packaging which doubles as a traveling case.
No, since our razor is 100% coated metal, you can leave it in the shower and it will not rust. It is not recommended to leave your cylinder in the shower.
We wanted to make a razor that was unique to every personality. We saw that plastic razors had dull, matte colors without any life. We wanted to end that! We made our 8 colors with everyone in mind. Whether you like Shimmer, Metallic, or even matte, there is a Shave with V Color for you!
No, our razors are all the same, all being weighted, all being 100% metal. There are just different colors to fit different styles.

We actually get this question a lot, and no, our Shave with V razor does not have the Aries sign on it. It is actually the "Chalice" which is the ancient symbol for woman mixed with the symbol for Passion | Independence | Courage. Together, you get the Shave with V Symbol.
Do not re store your razor wet inside of your metal cylinder. If you are going to replace razor inside your cylinder, make sure that your razor is completely dry. If left inside the shower, try to leave razor blades always upright.
It all depends on your shaving habits. Everyone's shaving routine is different, but we do recommend you change your blades every 7-10 uses.
Yes, every Shave with V Razor come with a lubricating strip for a smooth glide over your skin, and a comfortable shave.
We designed our Shave with V Razor to give you a smooth, close shave without razor bumps, razor burns, irritation or cuts on any part of your body, including any sensitive areas.
Yes, our razors were designed with every skin in mind. The weight of the handle is designed to not cause you to dig into your skin to shave, so it won't cause razor burn, razor bumps, irritation or cuts on any type of skin, even sensitive skin.
No! Actually we don't recommend pressing hard on your skin with your Shave with V razor since it's weighted. The weight will give you the close shave without having to press which is why our razors don't cause irritation, cuts, razor burn, or razor bumps.
Very easy! Our pop on / pop off blade technology make it very simple to remove the blades. All you have to do it is bring your razor upright, find the white button behind the replacement blade and press it gently. The replacement blade will come right off. To put one on all you do is lay your new replacement blade on a flat surface and press the razor onto the blade, and it will pop into place.
